| So forgive me ‘cause I won’t forget that, Yeah, this world has changed me, So you know when you ask me: Who are you now? Did you say what you want? Don’t go back to the start, I’m asking, who are you now? Did they break you apart? Won’t you fight back for what you want? Sometimes you gotta fall before you fly
“Sweet Din,” he cursed under his breath, “This was not what I was expecting to be doing when I got back from my mission in Lanayru!” For a lack of a better description: Kakariko Village was a mess. At first, Seth was in a state of panic trying to find his mother. The goddesses were kind to him as Jade Fairbairn found him first immediately hugging the Warden the moment he stepped into town. It was through his mother did he find out what had happened while he was gone. The survivors of mountain side village were doing everything they could to get their village back into working order.
So now the crimson tuft lad had joined the community by contributing to the manual labor of lifting up rocks and rubble out of broken homes. Not the most exciting work to be done, but care needed to be done so they didn’t cause anymore rocks to slide down into the valley. “Does anybody know what’s been going on with the Gorons?” he asked amidst the working crew.
"No. Nobody has heard from them in quite some time. We were all wondering where they were while this was happening."
That was certainly strange. Normally the Gorons were the first to lend help when they needed it. Didn’t Kakariko Village have an alliance with the mountain folk? As disappointing as it was to hear they’re not around, it didn’t help the current matters at hand. So Seth did the best he could by plopping rocks and rubble into carts and letting others ship it elsewhere so they could continue to clean up the area to rebuild new homes. “Be careful with the bomb storage! Keep lanterns away from the area. The Bomb shop may be destroyed but there might be bomb powder still in there.” he warned the crew.

Well, he didn't expect to come here. And after everything that had happened, he felt it was necessary to at least help with the damages that followed that... thing that was destroying all the villages in its path.
Originally, Cassius had only arrived in carriage with a group of others who had been injured in the calamity in Castle Town, since they could rest in the sacred spring and receive treatment from a Shaman who lived near by. After being suitably patched up, despite not being anywhere ready to do anything too strenuous, he didn't intend to do nothing.
Not anymore.
It sat on his mind like a heavyweight, pulling at his deepest thoughts on the subject. He was absolutely useless in that battle. He barley knew how to lift a sword, and got himself slapped by the dragon for it.
At first, he thought the fear of almost dying got to him... but he wasn't afraid. He was angry. Angry that he couldn't do more. Angry that he had turned away from the lifestyle his family yearned him for ages to follow. And while he still intended to cast iron at the forge... he wanted to fight now.
Now was the time to grow stronger. For the evils to come--and there would be more. He had to redeem himself of this useless life, and it started with rebuilding.
Slowly he approached a group of others whom were helping clear the areas to rebuild. Sporting britches with black leather boots, his shirt was removed to allow the bandaging around his ribs to breathe. A hand ran through the messy uppercut f his hair and he strode to the red haired man carefully.
"The carriage I arrived on had brought some supplies to help with the rebuilding process, as well as food and water." | |

WHO DO THESE LIPS CALL? VALKYRIE
Lyall was never too far from an adventure, if he could help it. His primary focus on his journey was to grow so he might, one day, be able to draw Aleus once more. But as much as he tried to tell himself that he would find more and more reasons that proved how unworthy he was to carry her. The world was being consumed by a fierce darkness and he found himself, on the daily, fighting to not be alone. Men died, and martyrs were slaughtered for a cause that seemed so far away. And he? He had no allegiances, no one to defend. He was far from the hero he wanted to be. He felt as if he was being punished, punished for not being strong enough to fight. Listless days only served to make him rusty so daily practice was expected. Practice did not only mean sharpening one’s combative skills, but their spirit. This journey would do way to test his spirit and nothing would bring him greater joy.
Kakariko Village. He had only heard rumors of its peril, during the time of the assault he was finding way with aiding an old farmer who was at the end of his age and would not last to the winter’s end. He did not and Lyall made sure he was there to bury them. In the spring he harvested that which he helped the old man grow and gave it away to those who had naught come the spring, for the devastation had not only come across Kakariko. As such with chaos its effects rippled across the rivers. Alas he would arrive at the ruined town, feeling as if he walked into a new world. He had been here only last spring and in but a year’s time it had become an inkblot on the map, a stain forgotten by history.
But it was not forgotten. Here he was looking to help in their time of need, only happening upon a traveler with news. The Zora carried his arm tucked in his robes, his oni mask rest so it sat against the back of his skull, which he claimed did to deter predators. His scabbard was rest on his back and his bare feet stained by his journey and the swathing cloth wrapped from his soles up to his shin were worn by time. He was surprised the entire town wasn’t in ruin, the Bomb Shop having been a central piece of the village’s economy. There were many about. He could only assume the majority were volunteers to lend their aid as he recalled not the population being so big his last visit.
“Excuse me,” He called out. “Whom do I talk with to find out where I am needed? I have a few rations to spare,” Pickled vegetables he had brought with him from “but more importantly: a strong back.” He pushed his arm from his robe, letting it slide from his shoulder to bare his tattooed torso.
Wrapped around him was a folded cloth, where he had stored the food stuffs for his journey in lacquer boxes that kept the watery vegetables from spilling or spoiling. He seemed prepared to help, simply needing some direction. He was a tall man, six feet and eight inches with a toned form. Weapon aside he seemed to be one who has seen a great deal of physical labour. The blade was no decoration.
