[attr="class","resetapptitle1"]BIOGRAPHY
[attr="class","resetapptext"]Cassandra was born into the noble family of House Amell, who had established themselves years ago for producing valiant Knights loyal to the Royal Family and had started a lucrative trading business a few generations prior. She was the youngest of two brothers, which placed her in the position of being the youngest and the only daughter of her family. Perhaps another odd thing about her family was their progressive view on the slow diminishment of the Hylian race. Her father had married a human noblewoman instead of the bride his own parents had arranged for him, which lead to a small scandal within the family. Either way, her home life was filled with love and happiness for the most part.
As a young girl, her father was always concerned for her safety and wellbeing even with two older, overprotective brothers. A former sellsword of that had served her father over the years had a child of a similar age to Cassandra. The girl’s name was Lucia, and she was raised and trained to protect the youngest daughter of House Amell. The two girls developed a strong friendship, and Cassandra always thought of Lucia as more than just a guard. Of course, her bodyguard was not her only friend, though. She had also become friends with another noble girl by the name of Seyka Rozengale.
The girl’s dream of becoming a Hylian Knight and forsaking the usual duties of a lady were inspiring to the younger girl. Cassandra could not say she ever wished to become a knight herself, but she enjoyed the idea of being able to defend herself without depending on Lucia or her family. Her mother surprisingly agreed with her and she was able to find an interest in archery, which she practiced nearly every day to perfect during her later years as a child. Unfortunately, not everything remained idyllic as Cassandra approached her sixteenth birthday.
An assassination attempt had been made against her family, but it had become a botched job that would give the young girl nightmares for years after. The failed attempt had her family considering their options as their home was no longer safe. It was decided that they would separate for their own safety, and Cassandra would be sent with Lucia into a much more obscure life where she would be harder to find. There was little time for her to say goodbye to her friends as she was sent with her bodyguard to the village of Ordon to live until the threat was believed to have passed. Her father ensured that a modest house had been bought for the two of them where comfort would not be too much of an issue.
The young teenager was distraught at the sudden change in atmosphere and being away from her family. Her only solace was with Lucia as her company, and the two women attempted to make a living within the small, quaint village. Perhaps they did stand out a little as two teenagers living by themselves, but the villagers of Ordon were quite welcoming to the newest residents. The one that Cassandra took a quick shining to was known as Link, as he lived in a similar situation to herself and Lucia. It took her awhile to adjust, but she enjoyed learning the simpler side of life without servants or guards to constantly watch over her--barring Lucia, of course.
This would be how she would spend the next five years of her life, but she did remain in contact with her family through coded messages and the occasional visit. Cassandra convinced herself that this life was enough for her until she was ready to be recalled home, but perhaps the stagnation has caused her to feel a touch of wanderlust for more to happen within her life now that she is older and hopefully a little wiser.

[attr="class","resetapptitle1"]WEAPONS
[attr="class","resetapptext"]Ornate Longbow [Level 1 Hylian Racial]: A lavish longbow that was given to her on her fifteenth birthday to replace her training bow. It has been kept within her family for many years, and was said to be enchanted by a sorceress long ago as a reward for being saved by one of her ancestors. This bow requires no arrows, as they materialize themselves whenever Cassandra has her bow in hand and draws back the bowstring.
[attr="class","resetapptitle1"]ITEMS
[attr="class","resetapptext"]Holster: A simple holster that holds Cassie's bow securely to her back when she is not actively using it.
Moon Pendant: A moon and star pendant that dangles on a delicate, silver chain.
Her mother gave her this necklace before she was sent away to Ordon, since it is the crest of House Amell and as a reminder that her family is always with her.
Sewing Kit: When moving to Ordon, Cassandra put her embroidery lessons to use in making an honest living in the small village. As such, she always carries a kit on her should she need to repair any damaged clothing or as a way to pass the time in the event of boredom.

[attr="class","resetapptitle1"]MAGIC
[attr="class","resetapptext"]Magic Slot 1 [Level 1]
Preternatural Vision: Through her family's own magical bloodline, Cassie magic has manifested itself into enhanced vision that has served her well ever since she took up the bow. At her current level of practice, this allows her to scope out faraway area for safety, or she can zone in on a faraway target for a far more precise shot. The limit of her range of enhanced vision is up to twenty miles without any further aid from an object. However, her vision suffers during the night without a direct source of light such as the sun to illuminate her path. As such, her vision is limited to half of what she can see during the daytime to ten miles with a source of light such as the moon. Without a source of light, her enhanced vision is rendered useless to beyond what she can see with the normal vision of a Hylian.
