[attr="class","resetapptitle1"]BIOGRAPHY
[attr="class","resetapptext"]"I guess the best way to start off anything is to begin with posing a question!"
Birinne (or Biri as she prefers to be called) had been a curious avian since she was a hatchling. Perhaps it came from her Oocca heritage, but many things with the world perplexed her. Many years she'd invested on spiritual journeys to find the answers she desired. She studied religion. Interesting as it was on top of growing a fondness of Nayru, the goddess of wisdom, it didn’t satiate her curiosities.
She studied the art of magic beyond that of Ooccan’s natural abilities. Biri was disappointed to find that magic only did as it was cast. While convenient it didn’t explain the how or the why it worked the way it did. So she turned to the last aspect and perhaps the most underdeveloped field of study in Hyrule: the arts of science.
"Brilliant minds are often the ones most misunderstood."
Science was able to explain how everything worked. Such as the exact degree it takes for heat to boil water, or when exactly a bomb will detonate, or what is the breaking point before glass shatters to a million pieces. She found her happy place. Not many took the path of the inventor, or indulge in science in favor of magic being the easier route but it was the only way she could feel real passion about. The recent years of her discoveries had procured her a spot in the Oocca scientists earning her a Dominion Rod. Fancy, but it wasn't like the traditional ones of old. Something she planned on changing on top of creating more modern inventions for the benefit of Hyrule.

[attr="class","resetapptext"]Dominion Rod: A far cry from the power of the ancient rods that allows one to animate even massive statues. The Dominion Rod however, does allow for a small form of telekinesis, letting its owner pick up smaller objects from farther away.
[attr="class","resetapptitle1"]MAGIC
[attr="class","resetapptext"]+ Flight: As all Oocca have wings, they can freely take to the skies.
+ Spatial Teleportation: The Oocca have developed the ability to instantly move from one location to another. Great for fast travel or needing to bail. This can only be used once per thread.
- Weak to Wind: While masters of the sky, the Oocca are still at the mercy of the wind. As a result, they take extra damage from wind elemental attacks.
