[attr="class","resetapptitle1"]BIOGRAPHY
[attr="class","resetapptext"]Born to a prestigious family of magi blood, Jelal was naught but a babe on that fateful day. The day where a caravan harboring them were crossing the Gerudo desert, hoping to seek out the alleged great witches in order to expand their horizons in the arts of sorcery. It was when they encountered the Gerudo that they would meet their untimely demise, having spoken such truths as though it were no trouble for them to seek out the magical arts. While the Gerudo are in fact a nomadic tribe, Jelal's family were greeted kindly... at first. It was upon realizing that they were seeking to gain power through the witches who dwelled deep within the desert that their eyes turned from calm neutrality to that of anger and alertness. In that moment, the nobles and the accompanying caravan was mercilessly slaughtered, leaving no trace of it behind... except for one. A young boy not even old enough to truly comprehend what was going on in the world had been stowed away in one of the wagons among the finer materials that were being brought along. A child of skin white as ivory, hair as golden as the sun's rays, and eyes... red as blood-red rubies. With the parents and the caravan gone, most of the warrior women who had partaken in the massacre thought it better to leave the child alone. To die in the desert. It wasn't their problem, after all. That was simply the way of the world in their eyes - survival of the fittest.
However, only one of the tribe took it upon herself to take Jelal in... and raise him as her own. His upbringing was a harsh one, that much is for certain. Going through many trials of survival, as well as learning the various styles the Gerudo have passed down through their many centuries of existence to hold their own in a fight. Over the years, he has learned to become very resourceful of the world, reading into peoples' personalities, figuring the best way to come out of difficult situations, and in the end, how best to provide for himself. As such, he has become an individual who stands above the rest among the Gerudo, priding himself on his abilities, both physical and magical. But with all this talent, he finds himself getting bored of the world quite easily... and thus, has been labeled among the tribe as "one who has fallen into depravity" upon his leave. But he did not leave the desert empty-handed, oh no. His upbringing, his intellect, and a special book he has acquired has left him with everything he would ever need while on his travels. The only question is whether or not it will bring about wonder, or calamity?
As he travels the realm, he has long since had his hair dyed black like the feathers of a raven, skin pale like snowy-white ivory,
and red eyes like a hungering serpent. He practices his magic wherever he goes, always discovering new abilities and the uses they hold when hidden in the shadows from peering eyes. But when he does present himself before others, he takes on a hobby he acquired in dancing for the entertainment of others. As such, it makes things quite easy to get around without drawing too much attention. And those who wind up seeing too much? Well... let's just hope you're not one of those poor, unfortunate souls.

[attr="class","resetapptitle1"]WEAPONS
[attr="class","resetapptext"]Short Saber - A short steel saber forged in a manner similar to that of the Gerudo's preferred scimitars. It is just a touch longer than a normal dagger, but the blade is still about half as wide as a scimitar itself. To some, it may seem too small, and a rather flimsy weapon to go up against regular swords. But in the hands of one who has been trained by the Gerudo for years, it is merely another opportunity to surprise an opponent, and knock them flat on their faces.
Magic Tome - A book filled with ancient texts telling of arcane knowledge of a myriad of spells. Jelal is capable of reading the text, but smart enough to know which spells he can access, and which he are not ready for. The binding itself is carved out of a flexible stone, its color that of a faded golden-yellow baring an ominous sheen. Being that the book is fairly large and heavy,
due to the covering and the thick pages, Jelal can not only channel the number of spells within, but also use it as a decent bludgeoning weapon. A good thump over the head is usually enough to put someone out cold for a while.
Amethyst Wand - A small gold wand with an amethyst gem set at the head. This is Jelal's weapon of choice for quick-casting spells when he needs to cast his magic on the fly. It's not as powerful as the incantations he can access from his Tome, but it still gets the job done, depending on the situation. It also doubles as a fair stabbing tool should he not have his saber drawn at the time.

[attr="class","resetapptitle1"]MAGIC
[attr="class","resetapptext"]Borg - Defensive - A simple defensive spell that passively protects Jelal from most basic-level spells. A type of magic that is only as strong as the caster's own magical abilities. However, anything that has carries a different element(i.e fire, ice, lightning, etc.) is enough to bypass the barrier and inflict damage upon him. It needn't necessarily be through magic means either. Should a sword be engulfed in flames, or even the tip of an arrow,
any normal weapon can become an offensive means to penetrate the barrier. As a general rule of thumb, however, elements may penetrate this shield, or if it is met with another spell of the same type of energy, it will simply be cancelled out, along with the attacking spell. Once the barrier has been broken, he must recast it in order to receive its defensive benefits again. (Notes: Essentially it is a Null-based spell, so any other element can break through it, period.)
Faroz Katan - Offensive - A basic-level offensive wind spell in which Jelal creates a subtle wind pressure around his hands, and his able to fire them towards an opponent, dealing minor cuts. It is not necessarily major damage by any means, but it can certainly pile up, leaving devastating results. With this spell, it is imperative that Jelal take care in its use when using it as a projectile, as there is one universal law that all should know: "One cannot ever bend the wind". As such, once these projectiles have been fired,
they cannot change directions. Ever. At it's current level, this spell is best used at a close-to-mid-range(10 feet), and must be recast after every three charges.
