[attr="class","resetapptext"]One steamy summer time romance between Jade Fairbairn and her fickle lover was tale told of how Seth was born. His mother remained single while raising him to the best she could while alone. He asked her why she never decided to find another to marry, but she gave him a pretty, but sad smile. They made their home in Kakariko Village where the days were busy with helping with trading goods between Castle Town and Ordon Village. Seth would play with the goron children who came down from the mountains to play while the adults worked on selling their merchandise.
It was all fun and games until somebody got hurt. One day, Seth and a few of his friends were playing way too rough in one of the caverns at the bottom of the mountain. This resulted in a cave in collapsing onto them. The gorons scolded the reckless children as from that day forward; Seth had to wear an eye patch over his permanently injured eye. It was the first time he saw his mother cry tears for him. As if losing him was practically the same as losing her own life. So he made a promise to do better for her.
As the years passed by, Seth noticed his mother’s health began to deteriorate. It only motivated him further to provide for her and make money to care for her well-being. So the young man enlisted in Hyrule’s Wardens to protect the land.
