[attr="class","resetapptitle1"]BIOGRAPHY
[attr="class","resetapptext"]As a young girl Zelda was sheltered, as royalty is wont to be, by her parents and by extension her caretakers. Unable to travel freely and typically confined to her education and upbringing, she relied primarily upon books to fuel her imagination. Zelda was brought up with the expectation that her parents would continue to reign for a long time, long enough for her to grow up and select a husband before they ever considered abdicating the throne in her favor, the possibility of other heirs not withstanding. Such was simply the way of things, that the royal family must remain a 'family' to assure its strength and hold over the kingdom. Short of a tragedy, Zelda's life had shaped up to be a quiet one.
It was decided after it became clear that no other heirs would be born to contest the throne that Zelda would take on some small duties to prepare herself for the throne, as well as giving her a chance to earn the kingdom's loyalty without the stigma of an exceptionally young Queen muddying the waters. This was also intended to give her the time to find a spouse, something she was encouraged to do for her own benefit, as it was privately believed that this would help compensate for any weaknesses stemming from her inexperience. Unfortunately for the royal court's comfort, Zelda found herself profoundly unhappy with the rather bureaucratic reality of dating as a princess burdened with her Kingdom's future on her shoulders. It was understandably very different from the idealistic views of romance she'd gathered from her books growing up. Fortunately for both Zelda and the court, however, what the princess lacked in capable suitors she made up for with a level of wisdom far exceeding her apparent age. Their fears turned out to be more or less unfounded, with Zelda earning the admiration of her kingdom for her dedication to her people and willingness to work hard to solve their various day to day problems, as well as her willingness to work with others and seek out ways to help her people without being needing to be told. She had made the smart choice to start small in terms of things she wanted to accomplish, adjusting taxes to be more lenient to older workers, renovating a few of the more depressing areas of Castle Town, making a generous donation to Telma's Bar for her service to the kingdom, etcetera.
Unfortunately, tragedy did rear its ugly head and Zelda's primping for the throne became relevant more likely than anyone anticipated. Zelda's father passed away in his sleep of age-related causes. Her mother was backed into abdicating the throne to Zelda on account of her own health taking a turn for the worst and the fear that she would not be able to handle her duties in her old age, as well as a desire to observe her daughter take the reigns of the kingdom for herself before she passed. As heartbreaking as the reminder of their fragile mortality was, the kingdom needed an able-bodied ruler and this was seen as the ideal time to make such a transition with the blessing of her parents still within reach.

Zelda's Royal Longsword: This non-magical blade was forged specifically for Zelda's hands. Comfortable, light-weight, and durable, it is a finely crafted sword for combat--with its ornate appearance owing mostly to its more ceremonial uses.
Twilight Bow: This ornate, powerful magic bow was forged with Zelda's somewhat dainty figure in mind. It generates its own 'light arrows' made of elemental light magic.
Longshot: A strong item powered by a trigger with a long chain. The Longshot is able to grab and pull from a distance of thirty feet away. Its sharpened edge, refined to a perfect point, also gives it the unique property of being able to puncture armor.

[attr="class","resetapptext"]Psychokinesis: For a sorceress, the brain is very much a muscle. Zelda can lift and manipulate light objects, as well as levitate herself.
Shapeshifting: Blessed by Nayru with the Triforce of Wisdom, Zelda has a powerful control over her physical form, granting her immunity to forced transformations and the ability to magically alter her body's race, gender, age, proportions, complexion, facial features and her outfit. Right now, she can take the following forms:
Upgrade #1: Zelda can now lift and manipulate moderately heavy objects with ease. Most types of furniture can now be thrown, assuming nothing is weighing them down.
Upgrade #2: Zelda can now lift and manipulate very heavy objects with ease. Boulders smaller than about 4 feet in diameter and heavily weighted furniture are no longer problematic.
Upgrade #3: Zelda can now lift and manipulate extremely heavy objects with ease. Things like trees and boulders large enough dwarf people are no longer problematic.
- Deku Child: A short, indistinct female Deku Scrub of teen age wearing a foliage dress that changes colors to match the seasonal theme in the environment around her much like a tree's leaves.
- Gerudo Priestess: A somewhat lavishly dressed gerudo woman of Zelda's age. An emblem depicting the Goddesss of Sand is hung from her gold necklace, resting right over her bosom.
- Zora Duelist: A female zora duelist of Zelda's age whose otherwise striking natural beauty is offset by several prominent scars, with one particularly nasty old wound being on her fin to mask her inability to keep up with an actual Zora's swimming abilities. Her leg fins are deliberate to be flowing and overlapping in comparison, giving off the illusion that she is wearing a dress.
- Kokiri Child: This particular transformation is rather unique in that it superficially resembles Zelda herself to a degree, only as a child and in Kokiri attire.
- Goron Tourist: A somewhat short, youthful Goron of masculine gender like seemingly every other. He wears a bucket hat (note: Not a literal bucket) and can often be found wearing everal other out of place articles of clothing, seemingly souvenirs from his travels. They tend not to fit correctly.
